UNITY is a boutique yoga studio located in the heart of St. Sulpice & St. Prex. We offer engaging classes in Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Pranayama breathing techniques. Our mission is to balance physical challenges while uniting mind, body, and soul in intimate settings, limiting class sizes to approximately 10 people. Our cosy centers feature soft lighting, fostering a tranquil environment where meditation begins and ends each class. Regular yoga practice at UNITY enhances flexibility, concentration, posture, and overall well-being.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Yoga Instructor located in Saint-Sulpice. The Yoga Instructor will lead classes in their own style. Responsibilities include guiding students through physical postures, focusing on breathing techniques, providing individualized attention, and fostering a positive and peaceful environment. Additionally, the instructor will prepare class plans, ensure safety in practice, and offer modifications as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience in Yoga Instruction
* Strong Teaching abilities and effective Communication skills
* Certification in Yoga or related field
* Passionate about yoga and dedicated to personal practice and growth
* Experience with small class sizes and providing personalized attention
* Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
