 
        
        Main Duties:
 1. monitoring company’s service operation;
 2. conducting initial diagnostics of failures and taking steps towards reestablishing operation;
 3. interacting with service providers;
 4. consulting customers on questions concerning company’s business by means of forum, chat, phone, Skype, and email;
 5. consulting customers and company’s employees on technical issues of software operation;
 6. complaint management;
 7. progress reports
Requirements:
 8. 20-35 years old;
 9. degree or incomplete degree in IT;
 10. advanced PC user;
 11. experience of work with Unix systems, command line skills;
 12. accountability, responsibility, punctuality;
 13. clear articulation, literate Russian language;
 14. result-oriented;
 15. teamwork skills.
Conditions:
 16. work schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
