Job Description :
As a key player, you will develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy that aligns with the brand's positioning and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
* Identify and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and agents in major luxury markets.
* Manage existing partnerships, ensuring performance through regular contact, training, and support.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, retailer events, and client presentations.
* Provide market intelligence and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between market needs and brand initiatives.
* Manage administrative duties such as sales forecasting, CRM maintenance, and reporting, ensuring accurate data to support planning and performance tracking.
* Achieve defined sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
* Proven experience in international sales, preferably in luxury watchmaking.
* Successful track record of developing new markets and managing premium retail and distribution partners.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, result-driven, understanding competition and luxury retail dynamics.
* Ability to work effectively in a small performing team environment.
* Willingsness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
* Fluency in English and French.
