PpbYour Responsibilities /b /p /p liYou act as the main communication partner for our internal customers at sister plants as well as for external customers in the field of diesel engines and hydraulic products, handling complaints and warranty claims /li liYou are responsible for the preparation and documentation of 8D reports for customers /li liYou carry out statistical analyses and evaluations of field experience data for our products across various construction machinery applications /li liYou approve technical statements for customers and also prepare reports on product failure behavior /li liYou organize and monitor modification and retrofit actions at customer sites (warehouse and field), as well as regular customer meetings with sister plants and external customers /li ppbYour Profile /b /p /p liYou have completed a commercial or technical studies, as well as additional training as a technician or engineer in the field of mechanics or business administration /li liYou have several years of professional experience in a similar field /li liYou have excellent knowledge of German, as well as very good English and/or French skills /li liYou have outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications and are familiar with ERP systems /li liYou are characterized by strong customer orientation and professional communication skills, good social competence and flexibility.
