Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Job Purpose Under supervision, inspect and analyze raw materials, in-process, and finished product samples to ensure compliance with safety regulations, specifications, and standards.
Core Responsibilities Log samples and manage sample flow within QC.
Retain sample management and flow.
Perform chemical, physical testing, and sensory evaluation of products or ingredients as per specifications.
Enter test results into SAP promptly for acceptance or rejection.
Calibrate equipment as per schedule.
Support troubleshooting of instruments, equipment, and quality deviations.
Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
Support team members as needed.
Complete administrative tasks within QC.
Academic Background Vocational diploma (pre-university level) in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
Professional Experience 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills Laboratory and QC techniques.
Experience with laboratory systems, analytical equipment (weighing balances, Densitometer, Refractometer, Moisture balances, Karl Fischer titrator, Sieve testing equipment, GC).
Knowledge of chemical substances, hazardous materials, and related regulations.
