We are looking for a bookbinding manager to ensure the support of incarcerated individuals and the production of school notebooks and other school supplies within the establishments of the plain. Responsibilities Train and supervise incarcerated individuals by enabling them to acquire new social and professional skills. Ensure individualized care for incarcerated individuals. Ensure the management, safety, and supervision of incarcerated individuals working and maintain discipline. Establish behavioral reports and regular updates on the skills and achievements of those supervised. Collaborate with internal (social, security, professional, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure the care of incarcerated individuals. Ensure the production of school notebooks and other school supplies, machine maintenance, packaging, management, and storage of products. Holder of the federal certificate of detention agent or committing to acquire it during the year. Professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of graphic arts or printing industry, with personnel management. Ability to manage collaborative work. Mastery of tools. Proficiency in the French language, both spoken and written, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage, ease in human contacts, and sense of empathy and assertiveness. Mental and physical abilities to manage sometimes difficult situations or conflicts while maintaining an appropriate distance for your role. Ability to handle analysis and synthesis. Employment conditions require you to be Swiss or holder of a C permit, free from acts of default of goods (an extract from the Office of Debt Collection must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be clean.
