We are looking for a talented IT professional to join our team as an IT Risk & Service Manager. In this role, you will oversee critical compliance-related IT services, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You will play a key part in shaping and enhancing IT services that support compliance processes and drive operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and evolve IT services supporting compliance processes, including account onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, fraud detection, and fund transfer compliance.
* Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration across teams.
* Maintain and update the IT service catalogue and associated documentation.
* Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption.
* Identify service risks, address audit requirements, and manage access controls and risk assessments.
* Drive continuous service improvements through process optimization and automation in line with ITIL best practices.
* Monitor, measure, and report on service performance and service level agreements.
* Manage software support and maintenance contracts to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Your Profile
* University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong industry knowledge in banking compliance processes (e.g., KYC, AML, KYT, fraud detection).
* Proven experience in IT Service Management, with familiarity in ITIL practices.
* Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
* Fluent in English; additional fluency in German or French is a plus.
