Digital Learning Coordinator Position
We seek an experienced Digital Learning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Information Systems Department, you will play a vital role in creating digital content for our teams worldwide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Design and develop interactive training modules.
* Create and update digital training materials.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
* Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, user enrollment, and permission management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in sales, digital marketing, or communications is preferred.
* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations, SCORM/xAPI standards.
* Proficient in using Content Management Systems, such as Elucidat.
* Experience in Retail sales is beneficial.
* Good Project Management skills are essential.
