We are hiring our next GMP CALIBRATION ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN (M/W/D) to join our Team.
Responsibilities
 * Conduct high level and technically complex calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following client-specific policies and procedures, and in a safe manner.
 * Provide guidance, direction and effective solutions to clients and technical resources.
 * Ensure that client-owned equipment is handled and maintained properly, and train other associates on proper use and handling.
 * Identify and initiate scope changes and communicate to the client, and process the scope change request.
 * Assess project safety concerns and ensure Tech'firm team members comply with client and/or site safety requirements.
 * Assess client environments to develop and initiate effective solutions and, through established relationships, deliver successful execution.
 * Understand and execute GMP and compliance practices related to clients and their instrumentation needs.
 * Develop functional instrument requirements and procure instruments for clients.
 * Perform and oversee equipment services and instrument procurement, partnering with and assisting third party technical services.
Requirements
 * Degree in Engineering, Management Life Sciences, or other related technical field (or equivalent military training) with five plus years of instrumentation experience in the Pharmaceutical/Quality industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Experience in project management, consulting, supervision and client relations is strongly preferred.
 * Independently initiates instrument specifications, installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience in calibration and instrumentation within the process and/or analytical service fields; acts as a technical advisor in life science industries.
 * Good knowledge of incubators, centrifuges, balances, refrigerators and freezers, stability chambers, chromatography (HPLC or GC), spectrophotometers, and other general laboratory equipment.
 * English fluent is mandatory; German is a plus.
