Manufacturing Quality-Test Engineer (m/f/d) 100% Join to apply for the Manufacturing Quality-Test Engineer (m/f/d) 100% role at Schindler Group. The Manufacturing Quality-Test Engineer creates value by partnering with internal and external supply‑chain stakeholders, supporting production of PCBA and elevator components, and introducing new products. The role is responsible for developing and implementing testing procedures for all PCBA and elevator components produced in the supply‑chain facilities to achieve Schindler Quality Standards.
Responsibilities Develop test adapters for PCBA and test specifications based on product specifications and test procedures.
Develop and implement all testing equipment for supply‑chain production to meet Schindler targets for both quality and productivity.
Support production with problem‑solving analysis and quality support with IPC standards.
Support other zones with new test equipment and maintenance of existing equipment, participating in high‑added‑value projects, new developments, and process updates.
Manage stakeholder relationships to optimize the impact of the test system in factories and provide valuable feedback to R&D regarding testability.
Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in an industrial company with technical (electronic) tasks.
At least 1 year of experience in project management.
Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
Good knowledge of PCBA testing procedures (ICT + FCT), testing software and code development (e.g., National Instrument tools).
