To deepen this commitment, we are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven B2C Sales Manager to lead our Chenot Circle loyalty programme and foster loyalty across all direct guests.
Region Central Switzerland, Permanent position, Immediately or by arrangement
* Take full ownership of and independently manage existing B2B partnerships in key feeder markets, with a primary focus on CIS and Russian-speaking countries
* Identify and develop new relationships with third‑party advisors in both established and emerging markets
* Collaborate closely with (digital) Marketing and PR teams to ensure effective market development and the achievement of budget targets
* Independent research and qualification of potential B2B partners, including third‑party advisors, distributors, and opinion leaders
* Independent planning, organization, and execution of international sales trips
* Planning and execution of Familiarization (FAM) Trips, Site Inspections, and Client Events
* Regular organization and hosting of webinars to educate and engage partners
* Active maintenance and administrative management of the partner network, including accurate CRM upkeep
* Ongoing communication with, and coordination/supervision of, external international sales representatives
* Strategic development and implementation of sales promotion initiatives, such as sponsorships, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns tailored to market‑specific needs
* Continuous market monitoring and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the health, wellness, and luxury travel sectors
* Development and adaptation of sales strategies based on market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
* Preparation of relevant sales reports, KPIs, and statistics in close collaboration with Revenue & Data Analyst and Marketing teams
* Full contract management for all external sales partners (e.g. travel agents, tour operators)
* Budget‑conscious cost management within defined parameters
* Active participation in annual budgeting processes and monthly forecasting
* Contribution to cross‑departmental projects, ensuring sales perspectives are integrated into broader business strategies
* Availability for weekend assignments related to trade shows, sales calls, and client events
* Representation of the Director of Sales during daily Head of Department meetings in her absence
* Active participation in the Monday Wellbeing Cocktail to foster client relationships and gather direct guest feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Competences
* 1–2 years of sales experience in the upscale luxury hotel, healthcare, or spa & wellness industry
* Ideally, proven track record in proactive B2B sales, including international travel to trade shows and industry events
* Previous responsibility for specific markets or regions is a strong plus
* Well‑connected within the industry, with an existing network of contacts and solid understanding of market dynamics
* Positive, engaging, and winning presence and charisma
* High level of adaptability, flexibility, and agility in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
* Strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for visual language and brand consistency
* Structured and independent working style, with a commitment to the highest quality standards
* Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour in all interactions
* Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and communicate newly acquired knowledge in an authentic and compelling way
