Beschreibung

The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely to the business and technical teams. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI, and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be partnered with users, product owners & data engineers to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions (Applications, dashboard & interactive reporting tools on key business measures)

2. Design and development of Canvas App, and Model-Driven Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model

3. Build custom connectors and leverage Dataverse (CDS) for data modelling and management.

4. Work directly with business stakeholders and translate business data needs into technical requirements, design, and implementation thru data visualization.

5. Develop, Test and Maintain BI Dashboard to high standards of quality and performance using the company approved BI Tools. (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau)

6. To utilize UI/UX best practices to craft visualizations that create a single, aligned version of truth, present clear information about business results & call for action.

7. Responsible on training junior members of the team and assist on setting up and/or implementing best practices to ensure the quality and consistency of the solutions.

8. Flexible on working with medium to high complex projects with a possibility on utilizing multiple BI tool for each solutions.

9. To be able to provide and maintain user accesses, report connections and troubleshooting by navigating to the management consoles or workspaces.

Qualifications:

10. Education: Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and any relevant field with Business Intelligence.

11. Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experiences on developing BI solutions preferably with Power BI, Qlikview, or QlikSense.

12. Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

13. Shift Schedule (Mid Shift and Nigh Shift schedule) - Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)

Minimum Skills to Hire / Technical Skills:

14. Experience with Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, business process flows, and process advisor

15. Experienced with BI technologies (e.g. Qlikview, QlikSense, Power BI)

16. Pertinent experience in Data Modelling and Data Model normalization

17. Solid understanding with the ETL methodology.

18. Strong knowledge/proficiency of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and Business Intelligence area.

19. Understanding of design and development tools, SDLC methodologies and techniques, preferred

20. Curiosity and analytical mindset – ability to ask the right questions and propose solutions. With strong evidence of being able to transform data into actionable insights.

21. Experience on working in agile (SCRUM) is an advantage.
