HR / Payroll & Office Administrator (Switzerland-based)

Overview
We are seeking an HR / Payroll & Office Administrator for an exciting opportunity with a leading global company based in Switzerland. This is a full-time, permanent role, with some flexibility for remote work (up to 1 day per week) for the right candidate. The position involves overseeing payroll administration, HR operations, and general office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Payroll Administration
* Oversee and manage monthly payroll coordination, liaising with external payroll providers across multiple regions.
* Ensure timely payroll approvals and payments in collaboration with finance and payroll providers.
* Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries in the Swiss office.
* Track and maintain salary changes, time sheets, pension contributions, and benefits administration.
* Understand and comply with local Swiss HR policies, including pension funds, insurance, and general EMEA HR compliance.
* Work with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) – system is fully set up and operational.
Office & Administrative Duties
* Handle office-related tasks including orders, compliance, postage, and general administration.
* Coordinate office operations (e.g., IT networks, vendors).
* Support with reporting and budget tracking to assist HR and finance departments.
* Contribute to the smooth running of both the office and HR administration.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in HR, payroll administration, and/or office management.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders, and navigate a global corporate environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* A professional, service-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

* Location: Freienbach, Switzerland (office-based with a possibility of 1 day per week remote work for exceptional candidates).
