OSEO Vaud, Swiss Workers' Assistance Organization, is offering a 3-year commercial apprentice position, 1 opening. OSEO Vaud is a center for social and professional integration for anyone looking for work, managing 11 programs across 12 sites, located between Vevey, Lausanne, Yverdon-les-Bains, Morges, and Nyon. Would you like to do your apprenticeship (CFC) within an institution that is part of the major actors in professional integration in the canton of Vaud? You will develop skills and social competencies while discovering the realities of working life. You will have the opportunity to establish a solid foundation for a career. To complete our team, we are looking for someone to start in July or August: 1 commercial apprentice (CFC, for 3 years only). You will carry out your apprenticeship in the following sectors: Finance, Infrastructure, Quality, and Resources. Profile: You have (or will have) completed your schooling and obtained your diploma with good grades; You speak fluent French and have good writing skills as well as good spelling; You have a good command of German and English; You are comfortable with numbers; You already know how to use Word, Excel, and Canva software to prepare simple documents; You show an interest in the social field; You are conscientious, responsible, and detail-oriented; You have a taste for teamwork and contacts; You are willing to learn and improve; You are a balanced, dynamic, and reliable person; Your criminal record is clean. We expect you to show willingness and commitment to fully invest in your apprenticeship (whether in classes or at your workplace) throughout the entire duration of your training; That you make obtaining your CFC your top priority and organize yourself and take measures accordingly; A commitment to activities and for work done diligently; Ideally, you have a mobile phone (for coursework). Workplace: Your main workplace will be in Vevey. It is, however, possible that you will be required to work at different sites.
