Key information
* Start date: June 1st, 2026
* Duration: 12 months, full-time
* Gross monthly salary: 1’850 CHF
* Location: VF EMEA Headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland
* Recruitment process: 3 interviews (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, potential Business Case)
Eligibility requirements
* You must be graduating after May 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of June 2026
* You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship
In this role, you will:
* Support database preparation for the launch of new claim procedures.
* Contribute to AI literacy by supporting the integration of AI concepts into existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency where possible.
* Audit inventory movements, ensuring accuracy between store records and accounting data.
* Assist team members with their daily operational and audit activities.
How you will make a difference
Skills that will make you succeed:
* Fluency in English, spoken as well as written; any other European language like French or German is a plus.
* Strong working knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced Excel skills being essential. Exposure to AI tools is a plus.
* Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

* Learning & Stock Monitoring: Support daily inventory activities by learning how to monitor stock levels and reporting any immediate discrepancies.
* Data Collection & Analysis Support: Assist the team in gathering data to investigate inventory mismatches and help map out potential root causes (e.g., entry errors or damages).
* Operational Support for Counts: Actively participate in periodic stock takes and cycle counts, ensuring physical counts match system records under supervision.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Support information flow between Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to maintain data accuracy.
* Basic Reporting & Dashboards: Help prepare simple inventory reports and update tracking dashboards (e.g., using Excel or internal tools).
* Process Contribution: Provide "fresh-eye" observations to identify small operational bottlenecks and suggest simple improvements to daily workflows.
Program details
The VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12‑month journey designed to develop and empower emerging talents at the start of their careers. You will experience a structured learning path and rich hands‑on experience, including dedicated skill‑building workshops, an internal consulting group project, one day of work in‑store gaining real insights about our brands, and networking opportunities with peers and senior leadership.
Future prospects
While the internship does not guarantee a contract afterwards, most of our interns stay within the company after their internship period.
