No silent chickens in this nest. /ppstrongWhich brings us to you /strong /ppWe're looking for a Global Commercial Director to lead strongegg /strong's global commercial function and help shape the next chapter of our agency. /ppReporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for driving commercial growth across our markets, leading our international business development team, strengthening our commercial strategy and helping us focus on the opportunities that matter most. /ppYou'll bring structure, ambition, commercial discipline and a data-driven approach to decision-making, while ensuring we continue to grow in a way that reflects who we are and how we work. /ppstrongWhat you'll be doing /strong /pullipLead and develop international business development and commercial teams /p /lilipDefine and lead strongegg /strong's global commercial growth strategy /p /li /ul /ppullipIdentify priority markets, sectors, clients and opportunities /p /li /ul /ppullipBuild a data-driven commercial function with strong pipeline management, forecasting, qualification and conversion discipline /p /li /ul /ppullipOpen senior-level client conversations and support strategic opportunities /p /li /ul /ppullipDrive a high-performance commercial culture built on accountability, ownership and results /p /li /ul /ppullipChampion smarter ways of working, including the use of AI, technology and data to improve commercial effectiveness /p /li /ul /pppullipPartner with leadership teams to ensure commercial priorities align with broader business goals /p /li /ul /ppullipOversee commercial marketing assets, agency credentials, proposals, case studies and market-facing content /p /li /ul /ppullipHelp position strongegg /strong as the partner of choice for global event and experiential programmes across sectors including healthcare, technology and automotive. /p /li /ulpstrongWhat you'll bring /strong /p /ppp(We really mean it.
