%Your tasksThe main purpose of the Business Controller is to act as a global, cross-technology business partner to the Industry Segment leadership team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic decision-making by delivering accurate analyses and recommending actions to improve performance. Acting as a proactive sparring partner, you will drive initiatives that contribute to the growth and long-term success of the Segment Industry.Analyses operational results on deviations from budget/previous year and?monitors?financial performance of the Segment. Suggests corrective actions, tracks implementation plans and measures improvementsEstablishes periodical reports and prepares business and budget review meetings for the SegmentDrives financial business planning, budgeting and forecast process in the Segment?Provides business analysis,?cost calculations, inventory turn and other?ad hoc analysis Prepares investment decisions, manages the?Capex?approval process and executes according to?the Delegation of Authority (DoA) Collaborates closely with the Segment, Corporate Controlling and Company Controlling?Runs production controlling activities for the Radio-Frequency Technology?for?the production site?Herisau?incl. the definition of cost standard accounting Supports?the?business units,?the market- and sales teams in financial decision makingServes as a member of the?Industry Segment management team and closely collaborates with Segment COO and Group CFOYour profileHigher education (Master, University) in?Business or Finance Management?>?5?years?of proven?Controlling experience in an international industrial groupPrior?leadership experience?is a plus?High?IT?affinity, mainly?SAP S/4?(FI, CO, MM, PP),?PowerBI, Office?applicationsProfessional?proficiency?in German and EnglishIntercultural competence, positive mindset?and hands-on?attitude?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication across all organizational levelsAbility to navigate complex, multi-technology and multi-country organization and challenge stakeholders constructivelyWillingness to actively shape business development together with the Segment management teamWhy HUBER+SUHNER?If you thrive in a multicultural environment, we offer you a challenging and rewarding position within a dynamic international group.
