PpEkkiden ist eine in 2019 gegründete internationale Beratungsgruppe: sie vereint ein Ökosystem leidenschaftlicher und engagierter Beraterinnen und Berater, die Transformationsprojekte in den Bereichen Organisation, Operations und Technologie durchführen, insbesondere in IT/Digital, Industrie/FE sowie Nachhaltigkeit, für Großunternehmen und KMU in Frankreich, der Schweiz, Spanien und Deutschland. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liSupporting the team in becoming a collaboratively responsible top team. /li liThis includes facilitating Scrum events, facilitating the reflection of team processes for continuous improvement, and supporting the team in identifying and resolving impediments. /li liRecruiting and onboarding of new team members. /li liOrganization of team reunions. /li liSupporting the product owner in effectively managing the product backlog through support in refinements and other workshops. Supporting the whole organization in its ongoing transition-process and in deeper adoption of Scrum/Kanban and SAFe. This includes working with other Scrum /li liBeing the point of contact for the team on a wide range of issues, such as dealing with requests, sharing with other teams, finding solutions. /li /ul h3Must-Have-Criteria /h3 ul liCertification and experience as Scrum Master /li liVery good language skills in English (Level C1) /li liIT affinity, especially in the area of DevOps /li liFamiliar with Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Miro, MS Teams, Confluence) /li liCommunicative and open personality /li liIndependent and efficient way of working /li liLeadership personality in the sense of a servant leader /li liWillingness to travel (1-2 weeks per year) /li /ul h3Nice-to-have-Criteria /h3 ul liSAFe or Kanban certification /li liLanguage Skills in German, Russian, Spanish or Italian /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
