Missions Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and email
Act as the primary point of contact for external emails, managing communication and ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials to partners, customers, etc
Use basic design skills to create presentations and other light marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency
Coordinate the logistics and materials for events, trade shows and other local activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
Provide administrative assistance, including tracking budgets, processing invoices and managing local activities
Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English
Ability to clearly articulate project needs and manage expectations with both internal and external stakeholders is a must
High proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
