Main Responsibilities
* Provide desktop infrastructure support to local and regional business partners
* Manage and support endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and iOS devices
* Deliver hands-and-feet support for infrastructure teams and ensure proper escalation
* Assist with asset management and maintain accurate IT inventory
* Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and senior management for effective service delivery
* Ensure compliance with internal Information Security Policies and GxP qualification standards
* Participate in local and regional IT project coordination
* Maintain documentation related to equipment disposal and ensure timely handling
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant working / residency permit or Swiss / EU-Citizenship required
* 7 – 9 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, or desktop management
* Solid understanding of network configurations, IT systems, and common enterprise hardware / software
* Experience in working with senior stakeholders and end-user support
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
* Familiar with data center environments and local project execution
* Fluency in English and good German skills required
* Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
