Job Description
The Marketing Lead is a key role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of marketing content. This includes developing, producing, and updating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, reports, and presentations.
The Marketing Lead will ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the brand's visual and editorial guidelines. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and translate complex topics into engaging client-ready documents.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing an editorial calendar for social media channels, creating engaging posts and producing videos and multimedia content, optimizing web content for SEO and digital reach, and monitoring performance metrics and enhancing engagement.
The Marketing Lead will also lead and supervise the full redesign of the corporate website, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Post-redesign, they will ensure regular updates of content and monitor performance (analytics, SEO ranking, user engagement).

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 7 years of experience in marketing, digital communication, or content management, preferably in finance or luxury goods.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
* Excellent writing and editing skills in French and English (German is a plus).
* Proven experience in producing marketing materials and proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
* Experience in website management (WordPress or equivalent) and LinkedIn for corporate use.
* Eye for design and brand consistency, attention to detail.
* Proactive, rigorous, independent, and solution-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
