The Deputy Store Manager will continuously manage sales activities related to all product categories, achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives. Additionally, they will:

The ideal candidate should possess:

* A minimum of 10 years of Premium & Luxury retail Sales experience;
* Exposure to product categories such as Watches, Jewellery, or high-end Lifestyle Brands;
* Proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail sales teams;
* Solid CRM skills and habits;
* A winning personality to establish trusting relationships with customers, teams, and stakeholders;
* Fluency in German and English, with other languages being an advantage;
* Strong organisational skills;
* Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
* Self-motivation, customer service mindset, and creative problem-solving skills;
* Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
