Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant and Tea Lounge Station Manager. This role involves independent management of a station in the restaurant and tea lounge, coordinating and ensuring smooth breakfast, lunch, and evening service in compliance with specified standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain the Chenot Method. They should also be willing to work early and late shifts, including split-shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Independent management of a station in the restaurant and tea lounge
* Coordinating and ensuring smooth breakfast, lunch, and evening service in compliance with specified standards
* Professional care of guests at the highest level and personal advice
* Preparing daily mise-en-place
* Receiving and processing guest complaints
* Preparation of non-alcoholic cold and hot drinks
* Responsible for order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements:
* Experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry
* Excellent communication skills to explain the Chenot Method
* Very good spoken and written English; any other foreign language would be an advantage
* Willingness to work early and late shifts, including split-shifts
