You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's strong growth in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSell advanced materials at customer application levelDevelop assigned markets to drive sales growthIdentify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Create account plans and close deals.Build and close business cases from first technical discussion to industrial adoptionDevelop, align and execute structured go-to plan-market plans in close collaboration with management and engineeringEnsure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actionsProfileEngineering degree (EPFL or HES) in materials, electrical engineering, mechanical, or other engineering fieldsAt least 5 years of proven success in a similar commercial role with track records in international B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approachMulti-market experience, e.G. in industrial applications, powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDMMust have had experience selling solutions where the product is not yet standardizedStructured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to resultsStrong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell its value at customers at all levels, before closing the dealsCollaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as teamFluency in English is essential.
