The Avosano Group employs a total of 750 people across 3 locations through its two subsidiaries: Avosano SA (pharmaceutical wholesale distribution) and Avosano Industrie Service SA (pharmaceutical pre-wholesale). For our specialized Commerce division at our site in Puidoux VD, we are looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of HR Generalist at 100% (m/f/d).The challenges you will face include:Overall HR management for the Puidoux site with a role as HR Generalist incorporating the function of HR Business Partner close at hand. Supporting and advising managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle: from staffing, development, performance management, and ongoing active processes at the site, while supporting leaders in cultural evolution. Complete management of recruitment, from defining needs to departure, including conducting interviews and providing a reliable and structured HR experience: contract writing, monitoring of permit management, HR correspondence and file keeping, as well as proactive detection of sensitive issues and supporting managers in conflict resolution, change management, and complex individual cases. Responsibility for time and absence management (vacation, illness, accidents), with corrections and finalizations of various HR projects and continuous contribution to HR processes, guidelines, and tools. Leading key HR processes: performance management, salary reviews, and mentoring apprentices (Logistics & PAI) within the company, working closely with the HR team and regular travel (2-3x/month) to Niederbipp to ensure consistency and alignment of intersite HR activities.Why join us?A degree in Human Resources or in economics/management (Bachelor’s or Master’s). No formal management experience required, but a strong leadership mentality as well as the ability to advise and support managers with credibility. Solid HR experience covering the entire lifecycle ideally including mastery of MS Office and experience with HR and management systems. Proficiency in French and very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written. A structured, independent working method combined with a strong sense of advisory and solution-seeking.
