We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief of Staff to the Global Head HR / Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strategic thinker and possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills. As the Chief of Staff for HR & Talent Management, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organization's overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist the Group Head of HR & Talent Management in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. Collaborate with HR leaders to implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture
Project Management: Lead and manage key HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve desired outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results
Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation, technology integration, and continuous improvement within the HR function
Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Group Head of HR & Talent Management, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on key HR initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for executive meetings and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, HR business partners, vendors, and consultants. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the HR organization
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to HR initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. Work with HR teams to ensure successful adoption of new policies, programs, and technologies
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor risks and implement controls to mitigate potential issues
Your profile:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR specialised training or similar field
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to work under pressure
Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially communicating effectively with various stakeholders at all levels
Independent, detail-oriented way of thinking and working, highest level of perfection
Strong project management / reporting skills
Written and verbal communication skills in German and English
