We look forward to receiving your application!Human Resources ManagerWhat do you bring?- Implementation of HR policies; promoting the image, culture of the company, and employee engagement.- Management of all processes related to recruitment, performance management, and development plans.- Management and development of the service; supervision and legal compliance of labor law, analysis and improvement of processes.- Budget management; salaries, development costs, and evolving conditions for employees.- Key partner of the bank's management in a strategic role within our bank.- Central partner role; providing advice, support, and assistance to employees and managers on HR issues.What do you bring?- University degree or federal diploma in the field of Human Resources.- Confirmed experience in a similar position.- Strong management and interpersonal skills.- Sense of service and listening capability.- Rigor, discretion, and initiative.- Knowledge of the banking world is a plus.We work in a friendly environmentOur values are our pillars.
