Drive growth across European markets through strategic B2B partnerships.
Act as a key liaison between their organization and top medical device companies, hospitals, and training institutes.
Understand and shape the future of surgical education through client consultation and product innovation.
Collaborate with a global team of Business Development Managers in the US, Brazil, China, India, Germany, and Sweden.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and product management to bring new ideas to life.
What They're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales & strategic business development in the medical device industry
Strong network across healthcare, surgical training centers, ideally orthopedic markets
Confident in engaging with stakeholders from surgeons to procurement leaders
Fluent in English (additional languages like German, Italian, or French are a strong plus)
Willing to travel across Europe (30–60%)
Driven, independent, collaborative — and passionate about making a real impact in the surgical field
