Develop new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio (industrial users, distributors).
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and delivery terms.
Monitor market trends, regulatory updates and demand dynamics.
Collaborate with logistics, legal, credit, and risk teams to ensure deal integrity.
Attend industry events and maintain strong market intelligence.
Min 3+ years' experience in physical trading
Fluent in English and German (both oral and written); French is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and business development skills.
Familiar with trade documentation, logistics, and incoterms.
University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
