What You Will Do
As a Senior Business Analyst in AML, you'll turn financial crime challenges into actionable solutions for our clients around the globe.
* Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices in AML and fraud detection
* Translate customer needs into functional specifications and solution designs
* Ensure solution quality and alignment with client goals through hands-on QA
* Deliver engaging user training and serve as the key business contact throughout the project
* Continuously improve our methodologies, contribute to missed fraud analysis, and support sales with demos and RFPs
Who You Are

* Skilled at turning complex business needs into structured, scalable solutions
* Proficient in documenting specifications and using collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA, Teams)
* Comfortable working with financial data and understanding AI-enabled AML detection logic
* Familiar with AML monitoring systems; certifications are a plus
* Strong communicator, fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset
Technical skills you’ll need
* Solid knowledge of financial crime and AML systems, logic, and data flows
* Ability to assess and validate solution quality against business objectives
* Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-time detection
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and project collaboration tools
* Familiarity with APIs, system integration concepts, or data mapping is a plus
