* At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area
* Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
* Good computer and MS Office skills
* Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud)
* Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent
