What we do :
As the Global Business Process Specialist for Record to Report – General Accounting, you will be part of the Global Business Process Management Organization in Roche Service & Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process area Record to Report, focusing on the continuous global harmonization, standardization, and automation of the General Accounting processes, including global deployments. You will work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain, and IT, across divisions (Pharma and Diagnostics).
Your day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Representing the Record-to-Report General Accounting Business Process Management organization in the ASPIRE project (SAP S/4HANA implementation), safeguarding the global template and harmonized processes, and developing new processes for upcoming releases in collaboration with project streams and other networks.
2. Governing and further developing the global month-end and year-end closing templates.
3. Acting as a Business Process Specialist for General Accounting to govern changes and design new processes.
4. Collaborating with Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) Operation Centers to drive and support process improvements.
5. Monitoring and optimizing business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Striving for cross-functional alignment to achieve End-To-End Process Harmonization among affiliates and RSS Operations Locations (Kuala Lumpur, Costa Rica, Riga, Budapest).
The position may involve travel of up to 10-25%.
As a qualified expert, you :
* Have a business degree or financial education and 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
* Bring international or global/corporate experience, with a proven track record of participating in global projects/initiatives, preferably transformational, and working with cross-functional teams.
