Home Care Specialist Needed
We are looking for a skilled Home Care Specialist to join our team in the Neuchátal-Bern region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong clinical and communication skills.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and supporting patients and their families on managing clinical nutrition treatments throughout French-speaking Switzerland. They will also be tasked with teaching care partners quality management, collaborating closely with hospitals and other healthcare structures, managing files and activity reports, as well as providing support to the service and handling requests from prescribers.
This role requires flexibility, autonomy, and comfort working independently as well as within interprofessional settings. Proficiency in German would be advantageous but not essential.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or ES (HES)
* Strong interest in teaching and clinical nutrition
* Flexibility and ability to work autonomously within interprofessional environments
