An international Private Bank company is looking for their new Assistant Client Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities
Support client relationship management activities for external asset managers and their client portfolios
Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance checks
Conduct periodic reviews of client relationships and maintain up-to-date documentation and records
Monitor account activities to ensure operational and regulatory compliance
Execute transactions including trading, foreign exchange, payments, settlements, and credit-related requests
Prepare client reports, manage correspondence, and provide support for digital banking services
Handle client and internal inquiries promptly and accurately via phone and email
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior relationship managers
Requirements
Degree in Finance or banking-related education/apprenticeship
Initial experience in private banking or a similar environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems is a plus
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
