You will have full responsibility for the Accounting Department, both in terms of: - Ensuring the maintenance and reliability of general accounting - Supervising periodic and annual closings - Preparing financial statements in accordance with current Swiss standards - Ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations (VAT, taxes) - Managing and monitoring cash flow - Coordinating with auditors and external partners - Providing structured financial reporting to management - Participating in and managing financial steering You will lead a small team, organize priorities, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
