Coleto Brands (Progress Lighting & Kichler) is seeking a Shopify Application Manager to own the Shopify application - supporting both our B2B dealer portal and DTC sites - and its integration with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will lead the app roadmap, configuration, day-to-day reliability, and small/medium changes; enable faster promos/landing pages without heavy agency handoffs; improve conversion and merchandising; and partner with Digital/Brand, Sales/Dealer, IT, and agencies for larger theme work.
Key Responsibilities
Application ownership
* Own Shopify backlog, configuration, app ecosystem, permissions, guardrails; execute small/medium changes to reduce agency dependency.
* Champion site uptime, Core Web Vitals, checkout health, and monitoring.
* Configure and govern Shopify B2B: company profiles/locations, buyer roles/permissions, price lists/catalogs, payment terms/net, PO capture, tax-exempt handling, quick order/CSV upload, reorder lists.
* Manage dealer onboarding, access/SSO (e.g., Multipass), and account hierarchies in concert with SAP customer master/credit.
* Define B2B fulfillment/shipping rules (LTL/parcel logic, account-specific freight terms, multi-ship) and coordinate with shipping/tax platforms.
DTC growth enablement
* Accelerate promos, landing pages, and merchandising workflows; improve conversion and funnel performance.
* Partner with Digital/Brand for campaigns and theme heavy-lift.
* Separate B2B vs. DTC pricing/promo policies, content gating, MAP compliance, and catalog visibility.
* Own product content accuracy (PIM/DAM handoffs), pricing/tax, shipping rules, and storefront QA to reduce customer-visible errors.
SAP integration
* Ensure clean, reliable Shopify – SAP S/4HANA flows (CPI/iDocs/APIs) for customer/account data, catalogs/price lists, ATP/inventory, orders, invoices, refunds/returns.
* Triage and resolve integration defects; maintain traceability to requirements/CRs and release notes.
Release & testing
* Plan and execute changes with sound change control; participate in quarterly SAP Public Cloud regression/UAT where integrations are impacted.
* Maintain audit trails; enforce PCI/SOX/ITGC controls and documentation.
* Partner with and direct external agencies/partners for theme heavy-lift and burst campaigns; manage cost and outcomes.
Analytics & insight
* Instrument GA4/GTM; monitor funnel, conversion, site performance; translate insights into backlog priorities.
Qualifications
* 5–7+ years on Shopify Plus with hands-on admin/config; familiarity with Liquid and the app ecosystem.
* Demonstrated Shopify B2B experience (company profiles, price lists/catalogs, buyer roles, payment terms/net, tax-exempt, quick order).
* Strong ERP/eCommerce integration background; APIs/webhooks/GraphQL/REST; exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration patterns (CPI/iDocs/BTP) and pricing/ATP/credit/returns concepts.
* Experience governing channel-specific pricing/promotions and content gating; working knowledge of shipping/tax platforms (e.g., Avalara, ShipperHQ/ShipStation) and PIM/DAM processes.
* Proven cross-functional leadership with Sales/Dealer, Digital/Brand, Finance, and IT; experience partnering with vendors/agencies.
* Travel requirements: domestic travel 10-15% of time.
Preferred Skills
* SSO/Multipass, Shopify Flow/Functions; GA4/GTM; SEO/performance tuning.
* B2B payments/net terms (e.g., Apruve/Resolve); payments/tax/shipping platform administration.
* SAP Commerce or Salesforce CRM exposure is a plus.

* Dealer self-service adoption up; manual order entry down.
* Higher conversion (B2B & DTC) and faster promo/landing-page cycle time.
* Fewer data/content errors; clean SAP sync and on-time SLAs.
* Lower recurring agency hours for routine changes.
* Stable, scalable Shopify SAP integrations and strong site performance (uptime, Core Web Vitals).
