Profile
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the sales role preferably in the furniture or design sector.
Responsibilities
* Responsible to reach project (contract division) sales targets in the reference area.
* Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
* Responsible to present collections to Architects, Designers, Developers (A&D) and other key stakeholders.
* Responsible to develop/support A&D and key stakeholders I setting up specifications for projects.
* Responsible to define the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area.
* Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director
* Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D.
* Cooperate with our HQ back-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.
* Contribute to achieve the sales target within the Region.
* Responsible to leverage on company tools (e.g. Edicola, CRM, others) on the day-by-day tasks

Key requirements
