In this key role, you contribute to guaranteeing a safe, reliable, and compliant operation with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. You ensure the control of risks related to operations and participate in the evolution of the security management system in a logic of continuous improvement. You provide your expertise in daily operations as well as in development and implementation projects. In this capacity, you contribute to anticipating security impacts, structuring processes, and accompanying their implementation with the concerned teams. You also ensure the monitoring of security events and accidentology by steering the necessary analyses and proposing corrective or preventive measures in connection with the entities. In connection with external authorities and bodies, notably the FOT, you represent the company for aspects related to security. You also participate in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits. Finally, you contribute to the development of a shared security culture within the Directorate, support managers in sensitive or complex situations, and supervise the security and safety specialist.Profile- You hold a higher education degree such as a Bachelor HES/University, ES, Federal Diploma, or a title deemed equivalent in a field related to public transport, transport engineering, mobility, logistics, risk management, or an equivalent technical field.- Additional training (CAS/DAS) in public transport security, security management systems, risk management, or in the field of mobility and transport is an asset.- You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in an environment subject to strong legal, regulatory, or security requirements.- You ideally have experience in the rail sector, road public transport, security, risk management, or an industrial/logistics environment with high security constraints.- You possess good knowledge of traffic regulations, FOT directives, and/or procedures related to the rail domain.- You demonstrate leadership and ideally have experience in hierarchical or functional management.Additional informationType of contract: IndefiniteActivity rate: 100%Workplace: Centre de Perrelet, Renens with the possibility of remote workStart date: Ideally July 1st or by agreement jid4ac823aaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
