About the Position
We seek a creative and innovative Design Manager to develop market-relevant design concepts for our brand and category, focusing on sustainability and achieving the best value for money.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in project and design roles, preferably in the sporting goods industry, with expertise in product development processes, materials, and workmanship. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and 3D design tools is also essential.
* Collaborate with product lifecycle managers (PLS) and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Present category assets at key milestone presentations and maintain consistent design language across brands and categories.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competition, and network with stakeholders to set or follow industry trends.
* Ability to translate design concepts into commercially viable products, primarily in apparel.
* Strong project and time management skills, with a bachelor's degree in fashion/product design or related fields/project management.
