The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree (3+ years of professional experience are an advantage) or Bachelor's degree (with professional experience of 5+ year) in Engineering (Process Engineering, Materials Science, Chem. Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields). Experience in the paper, pulp, non-woven or a related industry is an advantage.
