In the Business Area Grinding & Dispersing,
innovative process solutions are developed using wet grinding and dispersing for the production of, for example, printing inks, chemicals & cosmetics, or lithium-ion batteries. As part of the finance and commercial team, you will secure the commercial knowledge across all regions for the business area Grinding & Dispersing.
Here’s where you'll excel
* Create and implement commercial concepts for customer projects
* Lead commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers; develop contracts and agreements in collaboration with other specialist departments
* Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management (ORM)
* Optimize and standardize processes in your area of responsibility
* Participate in strategy and corporate projects within the Grinding & Dispersing area
The skills you'll need
* Completed degree (FH, HF) in business administration/law or relevant commercial training with further education (e.g., export manager, advanced professional examination)
* Several years of professional experience in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of international contract law, export financing, taxes, trade affairs, sanctions, compliance, logistics, etc.
* Strong social skills, diplomacy, and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Willingness to travel internationally for business (approx. 10%)
* High degree of independence, assertiveness, stress resistance, and resilience
