Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Process Analytics division concentrates on analytical measurement solutions for industrial manufacturing processes. The division consists of three business units: Ingold, Thornton and PendoTECH, each recognized as leaders in their respective markets and technologies.
To strengthen our Product training team, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager Training / Technical Trainer (all genders) 100%
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
* You organize technical and application training seminars, as well as product launch events, in close collaboration with the Head of Training. These events will take place in Switzerland and various other locations around the globe.
* You lead or co-lead workshops and product training courses, both in classroom settings and online, specifically tailored for sales and service engineers.
* You create scientific, technical, and sales training content for various formats, including classroom training modules, e-learnings, videos, and other internal educational materials.
* You design workshops for both online and classroom courses, ensuring to write comprehensive workshop instructions for other trainers worldwide.
* You manage, improve, and grow the PRO Virtual Training Academy within the Learning Management System.
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
* You have a Bachelor’s degree or a vocational education in Engineering, Life science, sales or a related field.
* Ideally you possess at least 2 years of work experience in a technical training role in a similar environment
* You have the ability to illustrate and explain complex facts easily for different target group and a technical flair
* You demonstrate a very good understanding of, or huge interest in technologies supporting industrial production processes
* You are highly self-motivated, with a conceptual approach to tasks and strong planning and organizational skills.
* We require professional communication skills in English, any additional language is an advantage
* Willingness to travel about 10%
