Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our distribution network. This includes identifying and recruiting new distributors, establishing agreements in target markets, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Distributor Management:
o Onboarding and Training: Provide comprehensive training programs to new distributors.
o Relationship Building: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with distributors.
o Sales and Marketing Support: Offer marketing materials, support local campaigns, and deliver ongoing training programs.
o Technical Support Coordination: Facilitate communication between distributors and our technical team.
o Performance Tracking: Monitor distributor sales data and performance against targets.
* Team Leadership:
Coordinate the activities of our Distribution Managers and ensure effective teamwork.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in business and technology. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven track record in water treatment technologies, including core technologies, applications, and competitive landscape analysis.
* Experience in distribution management or channel management, with a minimum of 5 years in managing a distribution network.
* Data analysis and reporting skills, including CRM systems and data analytics tools.
