It interfaces withbr /QA, GAD (all functions), and manufacturing colleagues to enable smooth analysisbr /execution, documentation management, and problem solving, while supportingbr /growth, simplification, and change initiatives to deliver the biotech pipelinebr /to patients. /p pKey responsibilities /pulliExecute tests (Bioburden,br / Bacterial Endotoxin Test, Low Bioburden, and Identification) perbr / established procedures in GLP/GxP environments; deliver results withinbr / defined timelines and complete tasks as assigned. /liliReview results and performbr / data entry using the LIMS. /liliConduct Growth Promotionbr / testing and Method Suitability assessments. /liliManage sample/materialbr / receipt and testing, applying quality, EHS, and safety procedures,br / guidelines, and standards. /liliInitiate deviations, OOSbr / events, or other relevant events; perform lab investigations andbr / define/implement CAPA as needed. /liliWrite/update microbiology labbr / procedures and participate in continuous improvement activities. /liliServe as technical referentbr / during external/internal audits. /liliCollaborate with colleaguesbr / and other departments while adhering to established standards, includingbr / Good Documentation Practices; escalate events that may impact operations. /liliManage own workload andbr / contribute technically and scientifically by exchanging ideas succinctly;br / engage in training programs focused on performance and personalbr / development; be available for on-call rotations (on-site/off-site) asbr / needed. /li /ul bQualifikationen /bbr /pWho you are /p ulliMinimum CFC or equivalentbr / diploma; Bachelor's or Master's degree in microbiology or related field. /liliStrong knowledge ofbr / microbiological and analytical techniques; proven experience inbr / GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments. /liliPractical experience with andbr / knowledge of LIMS systems. /liliResults-oriented, proactive,br / with a sense of urgency. /liliStrong collaboration skillsbr / and a team-oriented mindset. /liliTeam player with goodbr / communication skills in English; French is a plus. /liliAble to perform on-callbr / duties according to business needs. /li /ul
