Job Description
As a legal administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Provide administrative support to the legal team in Bern;
* Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence;
* Maintain and organize files, records, and schedules;
* Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings;
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations;
* Handle communication with clients and internal stakeholders;
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
As a legal administrative assistant, you have the following profile :
* Training in administration or a related field;
* Experience in a law firm;
* Fluent in French and German; fluency in English is an asset;
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
* Good command of office software and tools;
* Attention to detail and rigor in your work.
