For this reason, we are looking for a Housekeeping Manager in our Headquarters in Lausanne. You will join the Learning & Development team and be responsible for training all our cleaning agents in Switzerland on providing a 5-star customer experience.
Your Mission
* Create 5-star customer experience training program
* Execute training program in all Switzerland for our 1500 cleaning agents
* Train cleaning agents to become trainer
Your weapons
* Fluent in English and either German or French is a must
* Experience as housekeeping manager in luxury hospitality is a must
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding eloquence
