Highland Health and Social Care Services help people from all walks of life, as well as their families or carers. Health and Social Care in Highland provides help and assistance in many situations arising due to illness, disability, old age or poverty.
We are looking for support workers to join our small team delivering support to adults with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, personal care and complex needs.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative. Candidates require excellent communication skills and confidence in their ability. Candidates must be willing and able to undertake training to SVQ Level 3, alongside all other training required for service delivery.
S.I.L.C service delivers care 24/7 in our housing support service as well as various hours within our outreach service, supporting adults to maintain their tenancies, health and be active members of their community. We have full or part time hours available and can offer flexible shift patterns, including evening and weekend work.
Successful applicants will be required to register with the PVG Scheme & SSSC.
