Senior IT Project Manager DevSecOps.
We are seeking a someone
to drive the
DevSecOps program
, focusing on securing GitLab pipelines and integrating applications with Snyk. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD practices.
Missions
* Define and maintain project roadmaps, charters, and detailed delivery plans.
* Initiate projects, guide them through phase gates, and manage the entire lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with scope and objectives.
* Motivate teams and foster a positive, collaborative environment to achieve project deliverables.
* Apply intercultural awareness to adapt communication and collaboration across diverse working styles.
* Develop and manage communication plans, ensuring transparency with sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders.
* Establish, monitor, and report on project success criteria and KPIs.
* Drive stakeholder engagement, managing expectations proactively.
* Oversee project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, escalating when necessary.
* Build sufficient technical and business knowledge to collaborate effectively with IT and business subject matter experts.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver IT and DevSecOps solutions that meet business needs.
* Contribute to the PM Community by supporting standards, guidelines, processes, and KPIs.
* Ensure project compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
* Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional sessions, ensuring actions are followed up.
* Lead IT and business stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives, while coordinating resources and capacity with line managers.
* Track progress, identify risks or gaps, and make tactical recommendations to keep projects on track.
Profile
* Degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
* 8+ years in IT project management with a strong record of leading delivery teams.
* Experience managing complex IT projects, ideally in security or DevOps.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication abilities.
* Confident in challenging assumptions, negotiating timelines, and driving results under pressure.
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (classical & agile), supported by certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
* Understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
* Familiarity with DevSecOps and security tools (e.g., Snyk) is a plus.
* Experience in the energy and/or trading industry is an asset.
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable moving between strategic and hands-on tasks.
* Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
