Responsibilities
* Purchasing fresh seafood from all over the world
* Conducting price negotiations and market comparisons
* Creating orders in the system and ensuring delivery readiness
* Maintaining and developing supplier relationships
* Checking invoices and Incoming goods
* Managing and updating article and supplier master data
* Ensuring smooth processes in procurement logistics
* Collaboration within the team and taking on deputisations
* Proactive procurement of information on key figures, prices and market changes
What you bring with you
* Completed training in the food sector or Purchasing
* Experience in (international) trade
* Very good knowledge of German, French and English
* Organisational talent and quality awareness
* Assertiveness and negotiating skills
* Ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility
* Networked thinking and a structured way of working
