88K is a dynamic and growing Swiss Aircraft Brokerage based in Zug, specializing in the acquisition and sales of business aircraft, including turboprops, jets, and helicopters. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Zug.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate and execute aircraft sales deals, ensuring they meet both client's and counterpart's (buyer or seller) expectations.
* Perform market analysis to keep up-to-date with current trends, aircraft valuations, and competitor activities.
* Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the business aviation market, focusing on aircraft owners, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders.
* Contribute to marketing efforts to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
* Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and analysis to senior management.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, maintaining professionalism and customer service.
* Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the team, including market researcher and sales director.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in sales, engineering, and/or management in Business Aviation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage.
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with experience closing complex sales deals.
* Strategic thinking with a customer-oriented approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail, especially in contracts, pricing, and market analysis.
* Motivation to develop, improve, and optimize a growing company.
* Aviation passion or background, such as a Private Pilot License, is a plus.
Who We’re Looking For
* Business aviation professional with 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably pre-owned aircraft sales.
* Expected to operate at a high level from day one: managing pre-owned aircraft sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth with little oversight.
* Clear, confident, and humble communicator advising executive decision makers.
* Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with professionalism.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing sales from lead generation to deal closure.
* Willing to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development.
* High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
* Eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
* Willing to be on call after hours.
